This Site is operated by Marina Skia Jewellery. Throughout the Site the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Marina Skia Jewellery.

These terms of use (Terms) apply to the website www.marinaskia.com (Site). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing and using the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to accept these Terms then please do not use the Site.

Any new features that may be added in future shall also be subject to the Terms.

THE SITE

We reserve the right to update, replace, change the way the Site works from time to time, to add or withdraw any features or content.

FORMATION OF CONTRACTS

No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any items until we have received and accepted your order. Your order cannot be accepted until we receive payment in full for the items you ordered. Once we receive the payment we will send you a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provide in the order form and that will bring into existence a legal binding contract between us.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

All items are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the items you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.

In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the items. Where the items are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, you will be liable for shipping charges and responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the import of the goods into the country of destination.

The description, specification and price of the items you order will be as shown on the Site at the time you place your order.

Our policy is to improve our products continually, and so we reserve the right to make minor technical changes to the specification of the items without affecting their then function, quality or price.

Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the Site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the items, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items.

All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Please note that there may be variation in the colour of items shown on the website and printed materials distributed due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any colour variation that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of products through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance to English law.

To purchase an item from our Site you will be requested to provide us with your personal details including full name, address, e-mail and telephone number. Furthermore you will be required to provide us with credit card number and expiration date so we can complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may at our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, per card or per address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, telephone number or address you provided at the time the order was placed.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

PAYMENT

We accept payments via Paypal, American Express, Master Card and Visa.

At the moment the online store accepts payments in Sterling Pounds only regardless of billing or shipping address. We are not liable to any additional charges to you caused by the exchange rate or transaction to Sterling Pounds that your card provider imposes.

Upon checkout you will be notified of the shipping charges and the total amount you have to pay.

To ensure the safety of your transactions we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encrypting mechanism for safely transmitting data.

If however you prefer not to purchase an item online you can contact us at info@marinaskia.com and we will send you an invoice which you can pay via bank transfer.

USE OF WEBSITE

You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content provided on the Site for any illegal purpose.

In particular, you may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

No third party, except as expressly permitted in writing by us shall have any rights to use any of our intellectual property, nor shall they have any rights in any designs, plans, drawings or images, or names, logos, relating to the goods their packaging or to any materials displayed on this Site.

All intellectual property rights in any part of the Site are owned by or licensed to us. No intellectual property right in any part of the Site, including without limitation rights to any designs comprising the goods or any parts of them, are intended to, nor shall they be deemed to, transfer to any person who accesses the Site.
