We use Royal Mail and aim to ship all items within 72 hours upon receiving the order for items currently in stock. Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to receive the parcel a calling card will be left with instructions on how you can arrange a re-delivery.

Please note that we ship to countries outside the EU with the understanding that the customer will be liable for any import duties and taxes which may be charged when the parcel reaches your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted items which are returned to us within 20 days of receipt.
All items come to you with an invoice and a return form which must be filled out and returned with the item. Please provide us with all the relevant information including reasons for return or items. This will help us deal with your request faster and more efficiently.
Please make sure the items are not worn, used or damaged in any way and they are returned to us in their original packaging which should also be undamaged and in good condition with all material originally sent to you.
If the items are worn or their tags removed or they are in any way blemished, broken or damaged they will not be accepted as a return.
We recommend that you pack the item in protective packaging and return it using recordable post as we will not accept responsibility for items that go missing in transit.
Costs incurred for returning an item are the responsibility of the client unless the item you return to us is faulty.
We are unable to refund the costs of duties and taxes incurred. If an item is returned to us because the customer refused to pay the import taxes or custom duties, we will seek to recover all costs and fees incurred to us by this action.
Upon receiving the items we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

FAULTY ITEMS & REPAIRS
Our jewellery come with a 6 month warranty that they are free from defects in workmanship. If you detect a fault with your item within this time frame we offer a complimentary repairs service. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide with an image of the part that needs to be repaired and a description of the fault. We will then get back to you with more details about how to proceed.
Please note that our warranty covers only manufacturing faults and does not apply to defects arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or any alterations or repairs carried out by third party.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after you receive the items. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or public holidays.
To exercise your right of cancellation please e-mails us at email@example.com the details of your order. If you exercise your right after the items have been dispatched and/or delivered to you, you must return them to our company at your own cost, unused and undamaged. Please refer to our Returns Policies for more details.
You cannot cancel the contract for goods that have been designed especially for you or in any way modified or customized following your instructions.

Ideally store each piece of jewellery separately in their original packaging to avoid scratching against each other or getting tangled up.
Always put your perfume, make and hair spray on before your jewellery as the chemicals and oils they contain could cause discoloration on jewellery.
Avoid direct contact with heat sources, sea and swimming pool water and any kind of chemicals.
GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY
Clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and store carefully to protect the plating.
We recommend that all silver jewellery should be cleaned using a special anti-tarnish cleaning cloth. Do not use paper towels or tissues to polish your jewellery as they contain fibres that can scratch the silver.
Be particularly careful with pieces that are sandblasted as it is a beautiful but vulnerable finish. Avoid touching them with dirty or wet hands as they stain easily. Always store them separately from other pieces ideally in their original packaging to prevent any marks from scratching.
We use paints especially designed for metal which provide excellent results in terms of smoothness and durability. However you still need to be careful not to scratch your piece or rub it against abrasive materials such as scouring pads as this will dull and mark the surface of your jewellery.
